Fruity Mango-Overnight-Oats

The mango just did it to me. Admittedly I have only ever enjoyed Mango pure, cut in little pieces. I know that there are plenty of other ways of eating a Mango, i just never got round to having ever tried these other ways. So I am now quite excited to learn what else you can do with Mangos. Recently I had introduced to you the DIY Mango Coconut Yogurt, which was super delicious. But we can take it even tiny one step further, adding Mango to our beloved Overnight-Oats.

Mango adds an extra dose of freshness to Overnight-Oats, which comes handy in the morning giving you your first energy kick before heading to the office. Also, the good thing about Mango-Overnight-Oats is, that it lasts in the fridge for few days and you can prepare several portions ahead. So no more stressing in the morning, instead you can grab your breakfast from your fridge and eat it right away or take it to the office.

The additional vitamin C boost of Mango can also help strengthening your immune system and, thanks to its magnesium content, to becoming more stress-resistant. Not to mention all the positive qualities of oatmeal. When taken regularly, oatmeal is perfect against bad moods and it balances and improves performance. Perfect for grumpy morning persons 🙂
